Julia's stage gown is a very dark (almost maroon) wine red. It's tight-fitted around the waist with very skinny straps.
It's assumed she normally wears various kinds of gowns when she goes to perform.
The upper-bust design is comprised of black satin diamonds that are outlined by the four red spaghetti straps. As seen here, the straps cross in the front and in the back.
From the black and white drawing to the right (drawn by Debbie) you can see the dress has a slit going up the thigh. There are two slits. One on the right side and one on the left side of the dress.
The shoes were hard to define, they're black with about a two inch and a half thin heel. The shoe has two straps from each side that wrap around the ankle like a ribbon.
Julia has two extra red straps that go around the top of her arms, they seem separate from the dress. Her left arm also has a very thick gold bracelet. Her haircut is short, gelled back and parted on the side.
